Since 2013, OUI&YES Centro de Idiomas has been an Examination Centre of the Instituto Cervantes, a body recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education and the Council of Europe.

The DELE is the official diploma of Spanish as a foreign language awarded by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. Its levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) correspond to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The DELE certifies a candidate’s proficiency in Spanish worldwide, regardless of the centre or method of study used.
The DELE Spanish diploma is valid indefinitely and is internationally recognised.
Anyone who wishes to obtain official accreditation of their knowledge of Spanish, whether or not they are Spanish speakers.
There are 850 examination centres in more than 100 countries and with a presence in all five continents.
Recognition. They are official qualifications recognised internationally by public and private companies, chambers of commerce, public and private education systems, international cooperation agencies, institutions such as the CEOE (Spain), official language schools and foundations.
Validity. They are valid indefinitely; they are for life.
Excellence. They are increasingly in demand internationally both in universities and companies.
Academic validity. They are required to obtain scholarships, prizes or grants from important higher education institutions, international cooperation agencies and different foundations.
A1. Ability to understand and use very familiar everyday expressions and simple sentences in order to satisfy immediate needs.
A2. Ability to understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to relevant areas of experience and communicate in simple everyday tasks.
B1. Ability to understand the main ideas of texts on familiar matters and deal with most situations likely to arise in everyday life.
B2. Ability to understand the main ideas of complex texts and interact with native speakers with a sufficient degree of fluency and spontaneity.
C1. Ability to understand a wide range of complex, longer texts and express in an effortless, fluent and spontaneous way.
C2. Ability to understand with ease virtually everything heard or read and express in a spontaneous way, with a high degree of fluency and accuracy.
ADVANTAGES TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT
By accrediting levels of linguistic competence and enjoying great academic and professional standing, they make it easier to obtain study visas for Spain and, therefore, geographical mobility in these areas.
– Candidates in possession of the “Diploma de Español nivel B” or the “Diploma de Español nivel C2” applying for jobs of the General State Administration, its public bodies, the managing bodies and common services of the Institutions of the National Health System, will be exempt from taking the Spanish language proficiency tests that may be established and that correspond to the levels of these certificates.
For specialised health training positions (MIR), the Ministry of Health demands the DELE C1 or C2 for those applicants from states whose language is not Spanish.
– Students who have obtained the Diploma de Español level C2 and join the Spanish education system by validation of studies carried out in another country will be exempt from taking the Spanish language proficiency tests established for this purpose.
– They facilitate access to courses of Spanish as a foreign language at official language schools.
– They are considered accreditation of competence in Spanish for any professional or academic activity for which the corresponding level of competence is required.
The DELE certificates have been adopted by educational authorities and formal schools as a complement to their own assessment programmes.
